El Nino threatens Africa's cocoa output

The United States World Food Programme has warned that about 100 million people are facing food and water shortages as a result of the El Nino effect. The International Cocoa organisation has also raised concerns as to the extent of damage that the Harmattan season will wreak on African cocoa output. Edward George Head of Group Research at Ecobank joins CNBC Africa to discuss how this phenomenon is impacting West Africa's cocoa crop.
